Based in either Civil Aerospace, Defence, or in our central Innovation and Digital hubs, Group IT or Group Business Services, our new learning-focused programmes focus on giving you real-world experiences and the chance to work on live projects across our engineering, digital and business functions. As a graduate, whether you join us on our Business and Enterprise, or Engineering and Technology programme, you’ll have the flexibility to curate your own experience. Key Requirements To apply for the graduate and internship programmes at Rolls-Royce, candidates need to meet the following requirements:  Fluency in English. Other languages highly desirable  For all graduate programmes, a bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject achieved by August 2022  Previous work experience (required for graduates and desirable for interns)  For internship programmes a degree it is not required, but being a student is a must  CV written in English The Virtual Event On the day of the event, a few members of the Rolls-Royce University Campus Team will present the opportunities that are available for both interns and graduates, share their experiences and insights, and give answers to your questions. As always, a time slot will be dedicated to a CV workshop, with the possibility for 1-to-1 CV Reviews. Note that the entire event, including the 1-to-1 CV Reviews, will be conducted in English.
