On Monday 21st September 2015, Rolls-Royce will hold a career opportunities event at University of Naples "Federico II" to inspire undergraduates and graduates to develop their career at Rolls-Royce.

The event will be hosted by Scuola Politecnica e delle Scienze di Base, Aula Bobbio, Piazzale Tecchio and will be splitted in a morning session, starting at 9:30a.m., and an afternoon session, including a "Women in Rolls-Royce" workshop, starting at 2:00 p.m.. Please, find out more about the event description and agenda in the attached ROLLS-ROYCE CAREER EVENT POSTER.

Rolls-Royce is known the world over for delivering excellence, creating high-performance, integrated power solutions for use on land, at sea and in the air and is currently looking for outstanding young talents to join its Internship and Graduate Development Programmes. Currently Internship and Graduate opportunities are available in the following areas: Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Commercial, Customer Management & Services, Health, Safety & Environment, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Project Management or Human Resources.

Four members of the Rolls-Royce University Campus Team (including the Rolls-Royce European Resourcing Manager) will present details of the internship and graduate roles that are available, share their experiences and insights, and give you the opportunity to ask them questions. They will also review the candidates' CV to find talents that could pursue a fantastic career in one of the most outstanding firms in the world.

The "CV Review - 1 to 1 Discussions" is aimed to find outstanding candidates with the potential to join Rolls-Royce Graduate and Internship Programmes.

We are looking forward to meeting candidates that are passionate about Rolls-Royce and meet the following requirements: • Fluency in English. • MSc. degree achieved by August 2016 (for graduate scheme applicants only). • MSc. degree achieved with a minimum of 2:1 (UK grading system) i.e. the final grade (expected or achieved) shall be at least 100/110 as per Italian grading system. • CV must be written in English.
