    Durante il workshop i partecipanti potranno conoscere da vicino la realtà Eni e approfondire il processo di selezione richiesto per l'ingresso in azienda. Sarà inoltre l'occasione per parlare di alcuni dei percorsi formativi di eccellenza, i Master, gestiti da Eni Corporate University. Seguirà un focus sul colloquio di gruppo,con una simulazione della prova ed il conseguente debriefing. In questa fase tutti i partecipanti potranno sperimentarsi e ricevere tips e consigli su come prepararsi al meglio per affrontare questo step.

A causa delle disposizioni per il contenimento del COVID-19 e al fine di evitare assembramenti, questa edizione di Job Meeting NAPOLI si svolgerà in versione virtuale una piattaforma elettronica in grado di replicare le dinamiche in presenza, permettendo ai candidati di incontrare le aziende tramite chat e visite agli stand virtuali delle stesse.

The event will take place in the “Aula Magna Leopoldo Massimilla” of the Scuola Politecnica e delle Scienze di Base (Piazzale Tecchio, 80125 Napoli NA, Italy) from 09:00am to 17:30pm.

Opportunities at Rolls-Royce

Rolls-Royce Internship and Graduate opportunities are currently available in the following areas: Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Electrical Engineering.
Rolls-Royce recruits on a first come first served basis, so you are strongly encouraged to apply for either the Graduate or Internship Programme ASAP and to complete the online assessments.

The Event at UniNa

On the day of the event, three members of the Rolls-Royce University Campus Team will present the opportunities that are available for both interns and graduates, share their experiences and insights, and give answers to your questions. A special session “Women in Rolls-Royce” will be dedicated to women only with the aim to tell more about the Rolls-Royce opportunities for women and to promote diversity and inclusion all over the business. Join this session to know more about it! Finally, a time slot will be dedicated to 1-to-1 CV Reviews, with the aim to find outstanding candidates with the potential to join Rolls-Royce Graduate and Internship Programmes. Note that the entire event, including the 1-to-1 CV Reviews, will be conducted in English.

The Requirements

To apply for the graduate and internship programmes at Rolls-Royce, candidates need to meet the following requirements:
Fluency in English. Other languages highly desirable.

  • For all graduate programmes, a bachelor’s/master’s degree (or equivalent) in a relevant subject achieved by August 2020 with a minimum of 2:1 (UK grading system) i.e. the final grade (expected or achieved) shall be at least 100/110 as per Italian grading system.
  • For internship programmes a degree it is not required, but being a student is a must.
  • Previous work experience (required for graduates and desirable for interns)
  • CV written in English.
